Police Station Advice

Whether you are under arrest or asked to attend a police station for a voluntary interview we can help. We offer a 24/7 police station service and if you are to be interviewed by the police it won’t cost you anything for Amber to attend.

Magistrates Courts

If you have been charged or summonsed to court in Hull we can help. We undertake all areas of criminal law except private road traffic matters.

We can advise you whether representation is available and whether you will qualify for legal aid. We will also make you an offer of a fixed fee in writing should you not be eligible for legal aid so that you know in advance whether you want to use our services. We do not undertake private road traffic matters and will not therefore be able to provide you with a quote nor publish our fees for such matters.

Crown Court

We are qualified solicitor advocates which means we can represent you at every stage of proceedings including at the Crown Court. We can advise whether your case is likely to proceed to the Crown Court and whether legal aid would be available. Please call us to discuss the services we can offer
